Review: I had a sudden water heater issue in the evening and was able to self schedule Monkey Wrench easily for next day service. The office contacted via email and text early in the morning at 7:30am to ask about issue details and assign me a qualified technician for same-day afternoon. Ruben came to my house on-time, took his time to diagnose, explain, fix, and went above and beyond to offer me seven options to repair or replace my old incorrectly installed appliances. I appreciated his deep knowledge in the water heater and filtration system space. The office works smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommend.
