Review: I feel like i have to share this information in order for it not to be repetitive and to prevent other potential customers from going through what i went through.First to the owners of the company your workers may not care as much for the business reputation or care for the customers like you do. Perhaps youre workers have also not been trained properly and thats why they didnt fulfilled their job duties in going over everything with me.I purchased the two mini splits which comes at an expensive price almost $18 grand. I didnt mind because i really needed them for my dogs. We live in a high desert area so it gets super hot. I could of gone with a cheaper option like purchasing it on amazon or at any other store. Then you need to hire professionals to set it up anyway etc.I decided to go with Burgensons because of the years of experience. Also they were offering the service through Costco. I was also not told of their promotions without going through costco. I found out later about their promotions after i had already completed my intallation. Its all about the money and not whats best for the client.I got my estimate for free. I was very specific of why i wanted the mini splits for my dogs. I was never offered the option of where i wanted the outter part of the mini split to go. For example some people have it on their roof which would of been better for me since i have dogs. Then i find out that if the dogs pee on the unit it is not covered and will ruin the mini splits.After the mini splits were set up. They worked great. It felt like Alaska. After a few weeks they were not working. I would have to get next to the mini split to feel any air which was disappointing.I called and they sent out a technician to take a look at it. The technician told me that the mini splits i purchased are not for the high desert. The sand, the leaves the wind brings, anything can ruin the coils. The mini splits would need to get service often and each service visit can cost up tp $300.The mini splits are also not good for people who have pets because the dog hair can cause the mini splits to malfunction. I was also told that the installers of the mini splits were supposed to tell me how to care for the ac units which they didnt tell me anything. All they did was install the mini splits and leave.I was mislead, misinformed and just feel like i should get a full refund. The person who did the estimate and made the sale never bothered to check back with me on how the units were etc. Once the money is given thats it. They only care about the money and not building relationships. They dont care if the client is satisfied and happy.I also tried the plumbing service which was another disappointment as well. First it was getting the appointment back and forth with an estimate fee and no fee. I was told different things.Anyway after that i got a verbal estimate by the supervisor from the plumbing department. I was surprised thought it was so cheap so i asked him 3 times if that was the correct price for everything. He confirmed so i scheduled the work.The plumber showed up did some of the work and said the rest was not included. I assure him that i was told it was. So apparently the supervisor made a mistake. I received another quote for the rest of the work and they threw in a free snake procedure for my kitchen sink.I told the plumber to please let me know when hes getting ready to put the snake in because i want to see what comes out of there. The plumber agreed to let me know. Then the plumber came and told me he was done with everything. He never showed me the snake process. How do i know if i got the free service or not. I didnt know i have to be there with the plumber watching every step just to make sure i get the free service. The problem with the kitchen sink was never fixed entirely.If youre a female dont have estimates done or work done without having a male present. When a woman is alone companies take advantage. Do not show you the respect they would show for a male or when a male is present.

Review: Due to a cancellation, Burgeson's was able to get to our heater maintenance a day early. Josh (our technician) was informative, helpful, and thorough. He was prepared and familiar with the notes from our previous cleaning and service. He found a broken damper control wire and fixed it. We are ready for the winter heating season.Well done, sir.

Review: HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!I paid $600 to have them change my hospital thick filter and service my AC/heater. Then 2 months later $1500 to change my thermostat only to suffer this past 2 years with nosebleeds, dust and other issues in my house. I had a city inspector come out and he discovered the extra filter wasn’t even plugged in so it has been sitting there unplugged since they left in June22 and again in August 22. I have spent thousands of dollars with them and have had more than one issue with reputable service problems. Apparently they are not to be trusted. Now my filter has been plugged in and my nose feels great. They may have branched out into more areas, but their service is not to be valued by their original customers. I have referred business to them, but never again. I have talked to them about these issues before. I’m done! I will be calling Lennox and looking for another reputable Lennox representative company.

Review: We’ve used Burgeson’s for plumbing, electrical, and a solar installation since we bought our house three years ago. We have been very, very satisfied with all of the work they have done for us.Our solar installation went smoothly and still functions perfectly more than a year after installation. The paperwork was completed swiftly, and the necessary city/county inspection was scheduled quickly, and completed in a timely fashion.Aaron, one of their plumbers, installed an under sink water purifier for us, as well as other plumbing jobs around our home. It has always been done professionally, and with an eye toward customer satisfaction.Anthony and Brandon, two of their electricians, have done several electrical jobs around our home. They are always very thorough in tracking down the source of electrical issues. They will point out where things were done incorrectly by other “electricians,” explaining thoroughly what the issues are and any suggested fix.In every interaction with Burgeson’s, either with office staff or technicians, we have been treated very professionally, and with a definite eye toward customer satisfaction. Their techs are always thorough, pleasant, and respectful of our property.Some have commented that Burgeson’s is a little more expensive than others. That may be true, but the work done for us has always been flawless in execution. The billing is thoroughly itemized, and we have never faced any surprise or hidden costs.We will continue to do business with Burgeson’s for as long as we own our home.Curt Trood

Review: I highly recommend this company and technician by the name of Eddie Covarrubias! I give the customer service reps and fast service the five starts, but to Eddie, I give 1000 stars! He was very professional and explained everything very well on the services we needed to get done. He was very patient, polite, mannered, and went above and beyond! His work he provided was excellent, CLEAN, and top quality! His willingness to do more and educate us on everything was so appreciated! He was definitely very knowledgeable and educated!
