Review: Fidelity Home Warranty sent City First to our rental property to diagnose a problem. Fidelity told us that the breaker is incompatible with the panel and will not cover the work. Not sure how that can be as the breaker and panel are made by the same manufacturer and it's worked fine for a very long time. So we've now left 4 messages over the course of 4 days with City First to please have their electrician call my husband, a retired general contractor, to explain further and NO ONE HAS RETURNED OUR NUMEROUS CALLS. My last phone conversation with them was 45 minutes ago and I was assured the manager would call my husband within minutes. Well, 45 mins later, no call. Would not recommend.

Review: City First Electric was extremely professional and personable. From first notification to job completion, our technician couldn’t have been better. He explained why our electrical issue occurred and what was needed to fix it. He welcomed me watching his work as he corrected the hardware mismatch between initial construction and up to date newer lighting products. His conversation was easy and pleasant BUT mostly informative.We couldn’t have been happier with City First Electric.

Review: Luciano provided no service, he came and left without notifying me. I informed him I received a shock from an outlet and he claimed the outlet was fine from one plug of his meter. No further investigation, no nothing. He just left. He was tasked the work by American Home Shield and they are less than credible as well. I have found AHS to be very unhelpful and only interested in collecting the $100 service fee. The only problem is that the service stinks. Do not support City First Electric or American Home Shield. Refuse the service from the broker and do not include it with your home sale.

Review: I will report this company to the BBB for not fulfilling its contract and pocketing the money paid by American Home Shields to complete my electrical needs. City First Electric refuses to return to complete work authorized by AHS. The company is scamming folks along with AHS they diagnose the problem and submit the claim to AHS and both companies pocket money leaving the homeowner out of money for deductible and the cost of the warranty plan and then hiring a real electrician to complete the job.
