Review: This place was an awesome experience. They were able to take a stressful, unfortunate, and possibly damaging situation and made it bearable. Our electrical box had fire damage and they were there to replace it, when they went to get the permit the city came out before they can do the work and turned off our power due to fire hazards. My infant had a fever and ended up needing to go to the hospital the very day they cut the power. The owner rented us a generator so we could save our food in our refrigerator and they were out the next day to do the work. Unfortunately we were without power for almost 5 days due to the city, but because of, Mike we were with partial electricity and it made it manageable when my daughter returned from the hospital. When the power was turned back on they assisted us with finding a handyman to repair the wall that was cut into to replace the box. Nikki also did a great job keeping up communication with us and explaining what was going on. She also showed much compassion for our situation with our daughter. I do not believed any other company would have gone above and beyond to not only make sure their work was done but to make sure we were comfortable. If there were 10 stars I'd give it to them and I'll definitely recommend them to others that may need work done.

Review: Fast response. Service appointment was made the same day as my call. Technician arrived the following day. Service workers covered their shoes while in our home. Service was completed quickly, responsibly and respectfully. Our beautiful designer chandalier was hung perfectly over our dining room table. I'm beyond satisfied!
