Review: Andy came and spoke with me on 9/9/24 and gave me some details I was not previously told as to why everything went the way it did on 9/6/24. He offered to make it right after the initial experience. Unfortunately there was nothing left for me to ask for. But him coming and speaking with me shows that Premier really cares about the service they provide and want to serve their customers well. If they’ll make it right for me, I will make it right for them, and that’s why my review is now edited for the positive.

Review: I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to this time. Imagine triple-digit weather without AC—Vince came to my rescue. He discovered a power line that had been accidentally cut by my previous contractor and went the extra mile by running a new wire to fix the issue. On top of that, he gave me $100 off, likely because he sympathized with the fact that the other contractor didn’t take responsibility for their mistake, which ended up costing me more money. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much, Vince! You’re a lifesaver in my book.
